• Aura Veils bridal accessories are sent to customers worldwide via Latvia Post (standard delivery option) and DHL Express (express delivery option) services. All orders are shipped with a tracking number.

• All orders shipped to the USA are sent via Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are fully covered at checkout with no hidden costs upon delivery.

• If none of these options are available to you, we can arrange a delivery service that works for you!

• Your order will be sent out or given to the courier at the same day it's finished or in 1-3 working days time.

Returns

Before ordering from Aura Veils, please note that every item (except digital files) is made to order and possesses customized and/or personalized nature, therefore your order can't be exchanged, returned or refunded.*

*This does not apply to orders where an unmistakable error has been made by the person fulfilling the order - for example, the item has been made with wrong color materials, the wrong item has been sent to the buyer, etc.. Every error will be carefully examined.
