The seller of the goods offered in this online store, hereinafter referred to as Aura Veils, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, enter into the following agreement:

Distance agreement:

• The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of the online store must stipulate the terms of delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such stipulation is called a distance agreement. The distance agreement between Aura Veils and the Buyer comes into force when Aura Veils receives full payment for the order from the Buyer.
• Aura Veils undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.
• By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that their provided data will be used so that Aura Veils can accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Latvia. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified e-mail address.

Procedure for purchasing and payment:

• Aura Veils does not offer rush orders.
• The Buyer places an order for goods through this website, specifying the type and quantity of goods to be ordered. The Buyer has the option to pay for the goods using the payment tools integrated in the online store or by paying the invoice prepared by Aura Veils and sent to the Buyer by e-mail by transferring money to the Aura Veils bank or PayPal account. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.
• After full payment has been made, the Buyer can no longer make changes, cancel, or exchange their order for any other Aura Veils products.
• The production of the goods starts after full payment for the goods has been received.
• The prices of goods include value added tax (VAT). The prices of goods do not include delivery costs, customs, tariffs and import duties.
• All orders shipped to the USA are sent via Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are fully covered at checkout with no hidden costs upon delivery.
• The Buyer is responsible to cover all customs and import duties that may apply. Aura Veils is not responsible for delays due to customs.
• If necessary, Aura Veils has the right to extend or shorten the production time of the product (due to delays in the supply chain of materials, natural disasters, or other reasons). The Buyer will be informed about the new changes in a timely manner.
• All goods remain the property of Aura Veils until the Buyer has paid for them in full.

Delivery and returns:

• Standard shipping option ensures product delivery within 3 to 14 working days in the territory of Latvia, 7 to 21 working days in the territory of Europe, and 14 to 45 days to other countries. In certain cases, Aura Veils coordinates the delivery time with the Buyer.
• Aura Veils is not responsible if the product reaches the Buyer after the date on which the purchased product was planned to be worn or used.
• Every Aura Veils product (except digital files) is made to order and/or is personalized, therefore it cannot be returned or exchanged for other item or its monetary value (Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 255 of the Republic of Latvia - Regulations on Distance Contracts, point 22.3). This does not apply to orders where an unmistakable error has been made by Aura Veils - for example, the item has been made with wrong color materials, the wrong item has been sent to the buyer, etc.. Every error will be carefully examined.
• Aura Veils is not responsible if the item is lost or damaged during delivery.
• If the item is returned to Aura Veils due to an incorrect address, the Buyer must pay the delivery costs for re-sending.

Custom orders:

• The price of each item is calculated taking into account its design, materials, dimensions, and other details.
• After inquiring a custom order, the Buyer will receive a final summary of the product (detailed description, approximate production time, price, etc.). After the summary is approved, Aura Veils will send the Buyer an invoice to the email address provided by the Buyer. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature. After the invoice is sent, the Buyer has 2 weeks to make the full payment. If the full payment is not made within 2 weeks or is made after the specified deadline, the payment is returned to the Buyer and the order must be created again.
• In the event that the Buyer wishes to order a product with an embroidery/decoration design provided by themselves, the Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the provided design is free of copyright. If at any time (during the production of the product, after the sale of the product or publication on social media platforms) claims arise from the original design owners/artists, the Buyer who provided the design is responsible for the legal consequences of copyright law violations.
• During the custom design development process, Aura Veils may create a digitized sketch for the Buyer. The Buyer or other persons are not permitted to publish, reproduce, sell, claim as their own, or otherwise infringe Aura Veils copyright on this sketch and its contents. Aura Veils reserves the right to reproduce sketches and the items depicted in them for the development of other Buyers orders (to reuse them in the creation of other Buyers products).

Other rules:

• The actual colors of the products may differ from those shown in the images. This is influenced by the technical color and brightness settings of the Buyer's computer or smart device screen. The Buyer's order will not be refunded or exchanged if the purchased product colors do not meet the Buyer's expectations or are not compatible with the Buyer's planned outfit, holiday decorations or similar elements. It is strongly advised to order fabric samples!
• The initially planned width and length of a veil or cape may differ by -5 to +5 cm due to the specific properties of tulle fabrics. The dimensions of other products may differ by -3 to +3 cm.
• Aura Veils has the right to publish pictures and/or videos of the Buyer's products and their creation process on its social media platforms and on the auraveils.com website.
• Photos, videos, digitized sketches and other media published on auraveils.com and Aura Veils social media platforms belong to Aura Veils, unless stated otherwise, and may not be reproduced, sold, claimed as your own, or otherwise infringe Aura Veils copyright.
• The Buyer is responsible for any damage caused to the product by not following the care guide (available here) and other instructions provided during communication with the Buyer.
• The Buyer is responsible for the safe use of veil magnets. Neodymium magnets are used in its production. The magnet is not intended as a toy for children. Swallowing the magnet can be dangerous to health. Magnets must be stored in a place inaccessible to children. When working with several such magnets, care must be taken, as there is a risk of injury. Neodymium is a hard but relatively brittle material, it is not resistant to impacts. When joining at high speed, magnets can crack. Neodymium magnets can lose their strength if heated above 80°C. Magnets must be kept at a safe distance from electronic devices, bank and other cards. Aura Veils recommends attaching the veil magnets to the veil or cape at least 10 cm apart from each other. They are not designed to limit the movement of a veil or cape in strong winds.
